The purpose of the Marketing BU is to sustainably maximise cash flows from the marketing of Anglo American products and services.

**Job Description

PURPOSE**The UX designer is a key member of the Marketing IM development team, who is responsible for creating a seamless and intuitive user experience for the solutions Marketing IM develop. This involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, testing designs, and analysing data to inform design decisions. The goal of a UX designer is to create solutions that are both functional and enjoyable for the user.

KEY TASKS

Performance & Delivery

Map user journeys/wireframes
Develop HTML/CSS/Javascript
Senior stakeholder management
Work with a number of BAs across a range of projects to provide design input, create and review storyboards
Work with the PMs from a number of development projects to organise and prioritise the UX backlog
Advise developers on best approaches to implementing frontend features and using the design language

Qualifications:

Knowledge/experience:
Experience/Knowledge in UX Design positions
Ideally from a financial/trading background (not mandatory)
