Prospecting:
Introduce our products/services and engage potential customers in a friendly and informative manner.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our offerings, addressing customer needs and concerns.
Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and persistent approach to achieve individual and team goals.
Documentation:
Accurately record and maintain customer information, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in direct sales or telesales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
