This new sales order processing position has opened up to support a busy account management team with customer support. This role will support customers with ordering products and assist with communicating deliveries, stock updates and general changes toaccounts.Client Details

Description
This role is a varied and fast paced position with the aim of supporting customers with their order journey.
Day to day you will:
*Support customer queries through the sales inbox
*Process orders from customers while communicating on any delays, stock or delivery updates
*Process Proforma
*Management of changes to customer accounts
*Support with inbound calls from customers relating to a range of queries
*Data entry using a CRM system
*Support with relationship management with key customer contacts
Profile
*Excellent attention to detail
*Order processing knowledge
*Customer Service background, ideally from a products based business
*Excellent team working skills
*Able to react to customer needs with the aim of retaining customers and maximising any opportunities presented
*Warrington based
*Due to the location use of a car would be preferred (public transport links are limited)
