At Jewson, we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a
Tool Hire/Driver helping to deliver tools and equipment to valued customers.

What will you be doing?
Our branches are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.
- Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of our tool hire equipment in the workshop
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
- Use our inhouse systems to process customer orders, organise tool hire delivery and collection, keeping customers updated throughout their journey
- Delivering tools and talking customers through how to use them
- Working according to Health & Safety
