Description

Key aspects of the role are:

  • Preparation, completion and review of accurate financial models and sophisticated valuation analyses to support financial sponsors, corporates and other clients
  • Writing valuation reports and presentations
  • Client interaction, preparation of deliverables and engagement on multiple projects across different geographies
  • Tracking the capital markets and analyzing any changes within the markets
  • Preparation of marketing materials for prospective new business

Required skills, qualifications etc:

  • Analytical aptitude and possessing a high calibre foundation understanding of financial statements and various methodologies (such as DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, etc.)
  • Proficiency at financial modeling with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to write concise and perceptive written reports
  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with teammates and clients
  • Accrued solid professional experience in valuations, corporate finance, fixed income or accounting and be able to supervise and coach analysts
  • Outstanding academic profile, accountancy qualification, CFA etc are advantageous but not required
