Description

Metalisare working with a
Global Packaging Manufactureras they search for their next
H&S Coordinator.This is a
Multi-SitePosition covering
Rotherham (South Yorkshire) and Winsford (Cheshire).


Although all systems are automated and most work can be done from one site you will be required to split your time across both sites.

The percentage of this is within your control.

Reporting into the Group HSE Manager this is a brilliant opportunity lookingfor someone
to progress and develop over the next 2-3years.



Daily Duties:


  • Be visible daily ensuring H&S is upheld and at the forefront of decision making.
  • Preparation of auditing documentation such as ISO14001, ISO45001 & COSHH Storage.
  • Ensure personal knowledge of Legal & Local requirements are maintained.
  • Accident reporting and following up with appropriate bodies.
  • Supporting other heads of department in training and L&D Days.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • Improve and sustain audit performance and ensure NCRs from HSE audits are actioned, recorded and closed out.

  • A clear communicator.
  • Detailed, organised, methodical.
  • Able to coach and develop colleagues in an exciting & diligent way.
  • Strong Time Management Skills.
