The Role - Schedule Planner
Reporting into the Schedule Development Manager, the role holder will be responsible to deliver easyJet's schedule for specific parts of the Network supporting the airline goals and priorities set by the Airline Management Board and the Scheduling Leadership Team.
Job Accountabilities
Helping to achieve the airline's key performance indicators by consistently using analytical, proactive, and continuous improvement approaches.
Meeting the slot submission and historical deadlines for every IATA season with specialized knowledge in high and medium level airports.
Managing a specific portion of easyJet's slot portfolio from submission to handover to the Short-Term team, as per business requirements.
Developing and delivering schedules for a designated area of the Network according to the priorities set by the Scheduling Leadership Team.
Managing internal and external stakeholders and collaborating to evaluate, support, adapt, and implement agile solutions for the schedule development planning cycle.
Requirements of the Role
What you need to do the role
You'll need to be educated to degree level or equivalent and have at least 1-2 years' airline industry experience and Familiarity with the easyJet network, including airports, routes, and bases.
Knowledge of IATA airport codes and SSIM Chapter 6 related to the management of airport slots at level 2 and 3 airports.
If you also have experience of easyJet airline IT systems such as AIMS, eRes, Sabre this would be advantageous.
Finally, you will be fluent in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.

Location & Hours of Work
This is a full-time role based at the easyJet HQ at Luton Airport.
We operate a hybrid working model and get together 1-2 times a week in the office which enables us to work effectively with our immediate teammates and encourages better cross-functional working.
