JOB TITLE:
Credit Hire Paralegal / Fee Earner




HOURS:
Full Time | 9-5 | Office based

Location:
Liverpool City Centre

Salary:
Open DOE.

YOUR NEW COMPANY:


Top Tier Legal 500 law firm established over 20 years ago with multiple offices across the UK are further expanding.

A niche firm primarily focusing on Personal Injury, offer fantastic progression and learning opportunities.


YOUR DAY TO DAY:

Working in the pre-litigation department managing your own caseload, dealing with Personal injury and any credit hire claims. There will be a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases. Building and maintaining client relations while working in a team and independently.


CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY IF:


  • Ability to negotiable cases and achieve the best outcome
  • Credit Hire experience.
  • Experience handling an RTA caseload (claimant)
  • Experience using Proclaim Case Management System is beneficial but training is provided.
  • Excellent knowledge MOJ protocol, the preaction protocol for personal Injury claims and CPR.
  • Able to work towards deadlines and targets
  • Excellent telephone manner.
