An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Edenfield Unit for an Apprentice Administrator.


This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience within an admin setting in the NHS and achieve a nationally recognised qualification.

You will be supported and developed in the role, learning new skills, whilst undertaking the apprenticeship framework in Business Administration.


As per the eligibility criteria for government funded apprenticeship schemes applicants must be aged 16 or over and have been resident in the UK / EU for the last 3 years.

Applicants must not have a degree, level 4 qualification or above or already be in any form of government funded education.


You will receive training over 3 years whilst completing a recognised Level 2 Business Administration qualification through GMMH Apprenticeship Team with the aim of becoming a Band 3 member of staff at the end of your training.

Salary will be as per the Agenda for Change.

Meeting and greeting visitors, typing/producing a variety of documents, inputting data, answering the telephone, organising meetings and distributing minutes, are just a few of things you will be doing during your time with us.


All we expect is good IT skills, GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in Maths and English, an eagerness to learn new things and flexibility to work in a variety of different teams within the service.
