Description

This is an exciting role to join the fastest growing Cuba specialist tour operator, Love Cuba as a Operations Assistant.

As an apprentice you will be in a learning role that is structured to provide you with the essential hands-on experience needed to gain the relevant qualification.

You will be working alongside experienced colleagues who will supervise your development and you will have a dedicated mentor to provide you with support and guidance throughout your apprenticeship.

Key Apprenticeship Details:

You will work towards your Level 3 Business Admin qualification across a total duration of 18 months

Training provider:
LMP Group (Rated 3rd best apprenticeship training provider across the UK)
All online/ remote learning, no class room or college day release. An allocated tutor will support you throughout the apprenticeship

Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent required

Key attributes for this role include time management skills, a passion for travel, the ability to multitask is important, problem-solving skills, strong organisational skills, written communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include:

Producing and checking clients final Itinerary documents
Be able to communicate any errors found with flights and accommodation.
Learn our travel reservation system Amadeus to capture personal data such as seat data, meal requests, airline membership details and linking PNRs together.
Working on google sheets, maintaining and managing forward booking data
