About you
We're hiring for a Support Worker in Crantock:
Are you active, enthusiastic and think outside the box.
If so, we may have a great opportunity for you to join our team supporting eight people living in their own apartments in Crantock.
You will provide support centred around each person's values, preferences and needs which will include developing daily living skills. All enjoy a range of interests as well as exploring and trying new things.Supporting into employment, college, socials to gigs and festivals are just a few of things you might be supporting people to do and achieve.
Working in friendly teams you'll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. Visit our website for more information.Benefits:
Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £ £10.73 p/h)
Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.

To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
To develop daily living skills.
Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
