IT Service Desk Analyst -1st Line IT Technical Support - 1st Line Microsoft Support Engineer - IT Helpdesk Engineer - Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure Support - Cloud 1st Line Support Engineer - Windows Server, Windows 10, ITIL - O365, ActiveDirectory, Exchange, SCCM, ServiceNow - Public Cloud - Azure - Intune - salary to £30,000 + Benefits - Monday to Friday working rotating Day shiftswith the earliest starting at 7:00am and the latest shift finishing at 7pm
. WFH 3/4 days a week and 1/2 days in office based close to Guildford / Godalming Surrey.

My client is looking for an enthusiastic
1st Line IT Technical Support - 1st Line Microsoft Support Engineer - IT Service Desk Analyst - IT Helpdesk Engineer - Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure Support - Cloud 1st Line Support Engineerto join a team that provides remote support to customers via remote technologies and telephone support for all desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

You will be joining an established and growing a Microsoft Gold Partner who remotely supports businesscustomers across the UK providing end-user support via remote technologies and telephone support.

Although working in a 1st line capacity you will be given to chance to engage in the Microsoft Training programme to build up your Ms Qualifications allowingyou to move up to a 2nd line and beyond in due course.

The 1st line remote role will allow you, in time to, progress in the Company to 2rd Line and above so that any are any experience with Microsoft SCCM, Experience with proxy technologies (Forcepoint/Mimecast), Understanding of basic networking principles(TCP/IP, etc), Understanding of ITIL operations module (Incident management, request fulfillment, and problem management), Microsoft Azure certifications will be a bonus.

My client is offering a
Hybrid remote and Office working environment, so must live within easy commutable distance of their offices close to Guildford /
Godalming, Surrey.You will be working Monday to Friday covering 3 rotating shifts with the earliest starting at 7:00am and the latest shift finishing at 7pm.

The starting s**alary is between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + Excellent Microsofttraining programme and Company Benefits with Great Career prospects.
