The role
This is an incredible exciting opportunity to join a new team in a rapidly growing organisation.
This role will be the first of its kind at Source, reporting into the Head of Operations in a newly formed team with wide reaching responsibilities.
This role will suit a go getter with a passion for business and start-up mentality, the department is under formation and this role will have influence over processes, policies and implementing new initiatives.
The role has responsibilities within all areas of business operations, from human resources, to marketing, legal and employee engagement.No two days are the same within this varied role and the opportunities to have a real impact on the business are endless.
The role would suit a confident, proactive, career driven individual.You will be required to:
- Maintain our CRM (CMAP), design and generate reports
- Develop new sites and maintain SharePoint
- Maintain operational processes
- Research and create both internal and external presentations
- Research and organise events such as trade shows and staff functions such as summer socials and Christmas party
- Support in the management of our Oxford office
- Review legal materials
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office procedures
- Develop and update company systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve operational problems proactively
- Provide professional communication internally
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
- Liaising with our IT supplier to resolve issues, arrange deliveries and returns
- Any other duties as required
Skills Required:
- Verbal communication, you will be supporting an entire workplace and should be able to correspond with coworkers and managers regularly
- Organization and multitasking, you will often manage many tasks and pieces of information at the same time
- Time management, the ability to be punctual and to schedule your time such that you can complete all assigned tasks
- Problemsolving, successfully dealing with when schedules change or new challenges arise, the ability to problemsolve when you encounter unexpected obstacles.
- Technology minded, experience and skills related to software and drive to independently learn when unsure.
- Independence, you should be able to process information, follow instructions and complete tasks with mínimal supervision.
