An excellent communicator, with high level skills in advocacy and negotiation, you will have experience of working collaboratively and managing relationships with key stakeholders.


You will enjoy developing services in support of University and Service strategic objectives and provide operational leadership to ensure the delivery of an excellent student experience and learner centered service in-line with our shared Service values.


You will possess a graduate or post-graduate qualification in Library and Information Management or have achieved Chartership (MCILIP) via an approved CILIP route.

You will have proven knowledge and experience of the HE/FE environment and of delivering high quality library and skills support services to a wide variety of customers.
