A fantastic opportunity has come up for exciting an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a highly reputable regional practice in York.

The role has come about due to growth and a continuous influx of work. This opportunity will allow you to workas part of a well-respected Private Client department.
You will be held to realistic performance targets and there is a clear progression and development structure in place.

You will be managing a varied caseload comprising of Wills, Probate, Powers of attorney, Lasting powers of attorney, Trusts, Estate planning and Court of protection matters.

Business development as well as networking will also be a part of this role.

  • Be experienced in dealing with all relevant areas of practice
  • Client focused and will proactively maximise client relationships
  • A positive and commercial approach
  • Excellent levels of Client care
