Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer _Salary:
Up to £32k + Company Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Training Opportunities_ _Location: Mobile role covering Birmingham/West Midlands_ _Recruiter: Connect Recruitment Hub_


Role Overview:

Connect Recruitment Hub is seeking a dedicated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer/Tradesman to oversee a variety of maintenance tasks for commercial properties in the Birmingham area.

This position involves a mobile role, thus a company van will be provided.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Undertake installations, reactive repairs, and replacements in commercial establishments.

Safely utilize a broad array of power and hand tools.


Conduct extensive maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks across diverse trades, such as plumbing, basic electrical assignments, carpentry, painting, and overall building maintenance.

Adhere strictly to company guidelines, safety protocols, and legislative standards.

Attend to call-outs and be amenable to completing overtime when necessary. This will be compensated at a time and a half rate, over and above the base salary.

Routinely travel to various sites, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.

Requirements for Success:

Prior experience in multi skilled maintenance across commercial properties.

Proficiency in various trades:
basic plumbing, carpentry, roofing, basic electrical functions, basic plastering, and general property upkeep.

Presentable demeanour, as you'll represent the company in commercial settings.


Salary:
£30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Experience:
