The Position
We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Personal Best Education. You should have excellent administrative skills and be confident dealing with customers at all levels.


The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide a high-level of support to all Personal Best's Customers
  • Support the customer service provision across the Personal Best portfolio
  • Support the DBS implementation process across all seasonal and casual staff
  • Maintain excellent and uptodate knowledge of all Personal Best's provisions
  • Use CRM to create, update and manage accurate records of contacts and bookings and help identify ways to improve systems
  • Support other areas of the Personal Best business, when requested by line manager Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Must hold a minimum of 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent) grade A-C (95) inc. Mathematics & English or equivalent certificates

Essential skills and experience

  • Experience in a customer service or client facing environment with administrative duties
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of good customer service best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in using IT systems (Microsoft office, Google drive)
