Our client is a large-scale industrial and manufacturing firm, operating from Crewe.

The company are about to go through a period of expansion making it an exciting time to join the company.


The Purchase Ledger Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment which could be extended and will be full time office based in Crewe.

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager Key responsibilities will include:


  • Manage and maintain the company's purchase ledger
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoice
  • Reconcile supplier statements with company records
  • Handle queries relating to purchase invoices and payments

The Successful Applicant:

In Order to apple for the role you should:

  • Have previous experience in invoice processing or accounts administration
  • Be able to commute full time to Crewe office
  • Be able to consider a temporary role initially
