Location - Hook, Hampshire


Shift pattern - Monday to Friday (9:00 - 17:30)


Salary - £23,000 - £26,000 with a bonus of up to 10%


Contract - 12 month FTC


Purpose of the role:


  • To deliver a customer obsessed approach through every interaction ensuring the Customer gets a true understanding of the purpose of cinch.
  • The role holder will achieve this through engaging conversations with Customers off the back of affiliates leads and organic sales opportunities coming from our Customer Experience team.

Role Accountabilities:


  • The role holder will have a passion for providing excellent service to Customers and be able to demonstrate and be proud of their success stories
  • This will be a phone based role where you will be expected to maintain agreed KPI's
  • Your core responsibility will be support the administrative functions of the Customer Experience team.

This will include but not limited to:

  • Hire car management
  • Service History management
  • Supporting our CinchCharge facility

Relationships:


  • As an executive in an exciting, transformational brand you'll be one of the only touch points to our Customers. Your ability to build relationships with those Customers and suppliers is vital to your success in your role.

Knowledge and Experience:


  • Experience of delivering first class customer service in a customer facing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive to exceed targets
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale.

Personal Characteristics

  • Customer obsessed, determined to deliver world class service
  • Calm, engaging but assertive personality to deliver a resolution
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in leading through ambiguity in a fastpaced environment
