We are looking to hire a full time graduate to work on our construction projects based within London and the South-East.

This is a great opportunity to learn in a fast-paced environment amongst a young and growing team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist and update project specific documents as and when programme of works requires including Construction Environmental Management Plan.
Assist in ensuring all plant on site is compliant and registered on the NRMM portal (London projects)
Review weekly environmental checklists, and risk assessments carried out by Project Manager
Carry out monthly environmental inspections on Midgard and JRL project sites and factories.
Predominantly based on site to provide onsite advice and review compliance
Review and issue monthly environmental report including eKPIs for client & BREEAM reports
Assist in delivering environmental training to staff at all levels on environmental issues and responsibilities.
Assist in implementing and auditing the EMS (ISO across all group companies and sites
Assist with the environmental aspect of CCS inspections providing siterelevant information, innovations and attend CCS monitoring visits when required
Keep up to date on all environmental legislation, supporting group compliance. Compile evidence as required
Assist sustainability team to report against annual environmental targets as part of the JRL Group sustainability agenda and improve our environmental impact

Requirements:

Educated to degree level in Environmental Science, Environmental Management or similar
Literate in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
Good interpersonal skills
