Responsibilities:

  • To oversee, manage and deliver complex, new client onboarding programmes including several projects and workstreams, and to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Providing key stakeholders (business sponsors, steering groups and clients) with reporting and escalation as required; intervening when necessary to support delivery.
  • To manage all project lifecycle activities associated with the delivery of the programmes impacting multiple teams and departments including budget management / identifying and judging when to escalate risks and their associated mitigation plans / timelycollation of programme resource demand.
  • Plan and drive completion of all project and programme deliverables including the business case / regulatory requirements / roadmap / budget / testing / deliverables implementation / and handover to business as usual.
  • Matrix team management including leading, influencing and motivating diverse programme teams across departments.

Experience required:

  • Previous extensive experience in a similar Change Management or Programme Management role from a Wealth Management, Asset Management or Fund Servicing background (ideally with Transfer Agency and/or Fund Accounting knowledge).
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Resultsorientated: understanding the importance of delivering programmes to client expectations on time and to budget.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external clients, 3rd parties and regulators.
  • Strong presentation skills and innovative approach to process improvements.
