Ambulatory Care Division have an exciting opportunity to form and develop a new multidisciplinary team to support a new development which will focus on the rehabilitation of medically fit patients focused in an area within NUH.

This service will be based at Queens Medical Centre Campus.

The Re-enablement and Recovery unit is a bed-based facility supporting people to recover and regain their independence following a period of illness, trauma, surgery, or significant event.

It supports hospital discharges, prevents admission to long-term care and promotes independent living. It is a multi-disciplinary service with Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and care staff.


Please note, if invited to interview, you will be required to sit a Numeracy and English test under exam condition's.

This will be face to face and cannot be conducted online.

Salary:
The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
