Express Utilities, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a
Finance Administrator who would like to help us reach our mission of 'making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives'.


As the Finance Administrator your key responsibilities are

  • Input transactional data on to finance and other systems as required enabling accurate and timely accounting.
  • Input supplier invoices in accordance with company processes and to enable accurate and timely accounting.
  • Raising of Purchase Orders and managing the purchase order process ensuring compliance with the purchase order controls.
  • Undertake collation of payment runs in accordance with company procedures to enable accurate and timely accounting.
  • Assist the Transactional Manager with information required by the company's auditors
    .

About you

  • Experience of working in a finance team.
  • Experience of using MS Office products
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work on own or as part of a team
