About Us

Then join our award-winning Student Hub team as a Senior Advisor.


About the Job


The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a high performance, resilient service which conforms to both institutional and statutory standards.
The post is in a shared office environment and the role holder will be expected to work in a proactive, flexible, collegiate, and cooperative manner.

You will also be expected to provide cover for other team members and carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job.


About you
You will bring relevant experience and have worked successfully within a front-facing/student facing role within HE. You will have excellent organisational skills; be a confident IT user; and have excellent customer service skills. You will be educated to degree level or have relevant professional experience.

You will provide coaching support for our Advisor and Contact Centre teams, assisting with complex queries and enabling the team to resolve mid-level queries.

You will be responsible for supervision of time keeping, rota work and outputs at a team level, as well as training and supervising a large bank of temporary staff during peak business periods.


You will promote the University's values and make a positive contribution to fostering a safe culture and creating a welcoming and inclusive community.
