Description

Duties:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to assist with inquiries and issues
  • Utilize phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Provide multilingual support, especially in English

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £24,391.31 per year
