Description
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to assist with inquiries and issues
- Utilize phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Provide multilingual support, especially in English
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Job Types:

From £24,391.31 per year
