The Role
The System Administrator at Homewise is an opportunity for someone who has a passion for creating innovative solutions to drive the performance of a fast paced and dynamic business as well as an opportunity to work with an award-winning Microsoft Gold certified Managed Service provider to maximise their performance and the value generated by our IT systems on a day-to-day basis.
The role will be focused on developing our
Dynamics 365 CRM as well as other systems as part of a wider team and ensuring that the technology needed by the business is running effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills will be a key element of this role as you would be liaising with stakeholders from across the business, including senior management.
In this role you will:
- Work with the wider team to develop system changes across all areas of the business that improve results.
- Communicate and deliver against clear timeframes for the delivery of all agreed changes.
- Work with the Managed Service Provider to ensure day to day ICT issues are resolved in line with the agreed SLA's and service standards.
- Work with the Managed Service Provider to understand the root cause of common issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Maintain a wide knowledge of developments across the ICT industry to identify proactive improvements that could benefit the business.
- Support the Learning and Development department with end user training when required.
- Ensure all systems are operating in line with all applicable standards, regulations and Homewise policies.
Experience and Qualifications
The Systems Administrator will have (Essential):
- General systems development experience
- Good experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 experience
The Systems Administrator will ideally have (not essential):
- A commercial background
- Been actively involved in a growing business
- ICT help desk experience
- Experience of working with ICT Managed Service Providers
- Experience of working in a project environment
