**Job Overview
- Office Administrator**In this Office Assistant role you will be central to the organisation's structure and success. Ensuring the success of the Executive Team by providing high level administrative support, managing internal and external stakeholder engagement, managing executive diaries, and being responsive to executive requests.
The Office Assistant also oversees all aspects of office management, supporting meeting logistics, and ensures all office functions run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities**:
- Office Administrator**In the Office Assistant role, your responsibilities will include a mixture of both Executive Administration and Office Management:
_Executive Admin Management:
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Undertaking the tasks of diary management, receiving calls, and routing correspondence
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings/appointments, travel arrangements and provide reminders
- Assist and support with the creation and printing of Executive reports, presentations, and briefs
_Office Management:
_
- Assisting with all aspects of office management and ensuring all office functions run smoothly including other office related tasks as reasonably requested
- Working with the senior team to implement new and maintain existing office procedures/policies and administrative systems.
- Assisting the Senior Leadership Team and HR Support with ad hoc new starter onboarding projects and administration
- Office Administrator*
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator/ Assistant is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
