We are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join our international law firm clients on a permanent basis.

This role will be a varied role and duties will include

  • Maintaining and managing conference rooms
  • Setting up refreshments in conference rooms
  • Organising lunches
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Maintaining building passes
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Assisting with events


Our client is looking for someone who is professional, has a minimum of 3 years reception experience and can work well under pressure.
