Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment consultant to join our temp / contract division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is seeking a career in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process
Negotiating pay rates with contractors and temps
Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and temp workers
Identifying leads for the business development team
Keeping uptodate with industry trends and best practice

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Resultsdriven with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or telesales would be a benefit but not essential.
