Description

Step Teachers are looking for a Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Chigwell to support a Reception student in speech & language, she needs consistency and someone who can support her academically but also socially and emotionally.

Role:

Supporting a child on a 11 basis and in a group setting
Developing a child's speech & language skills
Strong behaviour management
Willingness to comply with the schools' policies and implement effectively

Requirements:

Experience working with special needs
Relevant teaching assistant/special needs qualifications desirable
