We are seeking an Estates Operative to join the esteemed Rochdale Sixth Form College, renowned for its commitment to excellence in education.

As a vital member of our dedicated Estates team within the Altus family, you will play a key role in upholding our mission to deliver outstanding education in Rochdale.


The Estates Operative position offers the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our students' learning experiences by maintaining top-tier facilities conducive to exemplary teaching and learning practices.

The post will be paid on Sixth Form Colleges support staff salary scale point 1-3 raised to the Real Living Wage of £23,150.
