37.5 Hours Per Week (Based at Tile Hill Primary Care Centre)

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for three enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our admin team.


The post holders will play an important role within the wider Admin Team to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers within Out of Hospital Services.

You will work within a skilled mixed Admin Team in the building to support admin and clinical services and duties will include, reception cover, data inputting, telephone queries, care records management, scanning and filing.


Please note many Trust interviews are taking place through Microsoft Teams, this can be downloaded either through the App Store or Google Play for use on your phone/tablet.

We are looking for a compassionate approach to supporting patient care and service improvements. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. The essential requirements of this post are good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail. You will have good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.

Tasks to undertake:

Scanning, Inputting and Uploading of Diary Sheets

Scanning, Inputting, Uploading, and sending to GP Prescriptions

Scanning, Inputting and Uploading of wound assessments/ continence's assessment and CHC

Uploading of photographs

Clinical stock room restock weekly

Clinical stock rotation weekly

Clinical stock ordering weekly

Providing and maintaining AHP Student Laptops

Restock or Kit Bags and Syringe Driver bags

Weekly Defib checks
