Supervisor (Fuel Station)

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Fuel staion store when Manager is not available.
  • Completes store daily and weekly status reports, including sales, customer service, and stock status.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store.
  • Managing staff, prioritising and delegating tasks on a daytoday basis.
  • Sets priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Encourages and supports store staff in meeting sales, customer service, and stocking.
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked.
  • Ensures Sales Assistants are trained in using the cash register.
  • Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
  • Encourages and supports store staff in meeting sales, customer service, and stocking Conducts daily and weekly meetings with the Owner to review activities, and schedules Prepare cash for security company collection.
  • Ensure compliance of oneself and customers with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1971 and Petroleum Regulations.

Salary £ 28, 000 Per Annum

Skill/experience/qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on flexible shifts including early morning, late evening and weekend.
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills
  • Indepth knowledge of stocked merchandise
  • A confident, resourceful, and creative individual who can operate in a challenging environment.
  • Flexible to work on various shifts, including early morning, night and weekend.

Salary:
£27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
