We have just the thing for you.... we are looking for a Composite Trimmer for a permanent position with our client based in Nuneaton.
Main Responsibilities

Prep and trim composite components by hand using air cutting tools.
Prep and bond components using adhesives and fixtures.
Drilling / tapping / fitting inserts to holes.
Finishing of components prior to inspection.
Follow work instructions and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
Experience of using hand and air tools.
Ability to follow work instructions and read technical drawings.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Capable of listening to and following instructions.
Capable of reaching set targets within given time.
Previous experience trimming composite (both carbon and/or GRP) components

You will be working rotating shifts on a standard 37-hour week.

The hours are:
Earlies: 6 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday (incl. 30 minutes unpaid meal break) and 6 am to 11 am on Fridays.
Lates: 2.15 pm to 11.45 pm Monday to Thursday (incl. 30 minutes unpaid meal break) and 10.45 am to 3.45 pm on Fridays.
