£12.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor at LBG Harbourside.


Location:
Lloyds Banking Group, Bristol City Centre


Rate of pay:
£12.00 per hour


Working pattern:
Flexy 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Office Hours)


About the role:


A rare oppurtunity has become available to join our catering team as our Hospitality & Events Supervisor at LBG Harbourside, Bristol City Centre.

Our business is going from strength to strength and this role will require a passionate Supervisor to support the Hospitality Manager & team, lead daily functions, support with on-site clinet & customers relations, have great attention to detail and look for new ways to continue to grow and improve standards and the customer experience.


Our daily food offer at the Lloyds office consists of a Pizza station, Rotisserie station, daily "Pop Up" hot counter, Barista Coffee Pods, Premium Grab & Go range, Fresh Baked Goods Chef's table & Office Hospitality & Events packages.

Key responsibilities:


  • Supporting in the smooth running of all hospitality functions
  • Support in the day to day management of all bookings placed on Condeco (LBG hospitality ordering platform)
  • Confident customer & client relationship skills
  • Lead by example & support with the coaching of team mates
  • Keen eye for attention to detail
  • To understand and comply with Company and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP
  • Take pride in what you do and have fun doing it
