The Role

We're looking for a passionate individual to join our brilliant team and help us on our mission to deliver a first-class service.


Reporting to our Customer Communications & Marketing Manager you'll develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and accessibility.

You'll monitor our online presence and respond to reviews and customer enquires to resolve customer queries and protect the reputation of the organisation.


As the go to person for online content, you'll have the opportunity to really influence in this space and ultimately make a difference to the lives of our customers.

You'll join a well-respected team of Comms professionals, who are committed to delivering the very best communications to our customers.

As a Smart Working organisation you can expect a balance of working from our Birmingham, Bath Row office and from home - typically 2 days per week in the office, but this may vary depending on business need.
