Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant / Litigation Assistant.

Conduct of Casework on disrepair and possession proceedings
Researching for legal cases
Preparing legal documents including Claim Forms, Pleadings and Witness Statements
Handling confidential client or case information
Obtaining Instructions from Clients
Going to court when necessary
Organising legal files
Redacting files and assisting Solicitors with casework on complex legal matters
