We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our fast paced, friendly team based in
Glasgow on a full-time basis.
This role can be based at our Glasgow office, or a hybrid model working between home and our Glasgow office; however we would need you to be available to commit to a minimum of two weeks training in the office when you start with us.
The Role
- Issuing, processing and checking conditional offers of employment and onboarding documents
- Ensuring references received are in line with Safer Recruitment Guidelines
What we'll need you to bring;
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- A polite and friendly telephone manner
- Confidence in the use of computers
- Good administration skills and good attention to detail
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Good planning & organisational skills

Salary:
£18,662.00 per year
