Customer Service Advisor (Moving Mentor) Immediate Start

Fixed term contract 3-6 months - ideal for students or teachers looking for summer work

Responsible to:
People & Performance Manager


Location of work:
Lynchwood Business Park, Peterborough


Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week)


Salary:
Starting Salary is £20,000 + Bonus

Full-Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:30pm.

Monthly bonus is payable for Customer Service Roles based on KPI's being achieved.

We are looking for established and exceptional Call Handling employees to help expand our growing Tenant Support Team.


The role is predominantly inbound call based, where our successful applicants will be used to striving within a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping busy.


To be considered you will be:

This role is based in Peterborough, we will not look to support relocation or sponsorship for any applicants.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a proven background in Call Centre/Inbound Call Handling roles within a Customer Service environment, who aspires to be the best at what they do
