The Capital Development and Revenue team is responsible for the project work required to develop and refurbish the Man Met estate.

With a £400m estates investment plan, the team are passionate about transformation, sustainability and improving the campus positively for the benefit of our students and the wider city.

About the role:

The Associate Director of Capital Development and Head of Revenue Projects are looking to appoint 2 self-motivated co-ordinators
to join the team.

The post holder/s will support in the delivery of new build, redevelopment and refurbishment projects.

Excellent analytical skills with an ability to ensure a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to balance competing demands and manage expectations, bearing in mind the needs of the customer and strategic priorities.
High degree of resilience and motivation alongside a demonstrable ability to work as part of a busy team.
Skilled in the use of MS office suite with high degree of competency using spreadsheets and database.
