As a Duty Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our service users and will provide first-line response to their needs.

You will work closely with our branch manager to ensure the smooth running of our homecare and supported living services.


  • Location: North Lancashire (Morecambe office)
  • Permanent position as part of an established team
  • Salary: £13.50 Per hour / £30,424 £33,743 per annum
  • Hours: 4044 hours per week (Including On Call) Alternate Weekends oncall included
  • Mileage paid at 40p Per mile
  • Protected Day/Time off

  • Free DBS

Responsibilities:


  • Support the branch manager in the daytoday running of the service
  • Be the first point of contact for service users and provide firstline response to their needs
  • Be a part of our oncall service as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the service, which will include delivering care to our service users.
  • Be able to manage the rota system to cover staff sickness etc. on a day to day basis
  • Respond to urgent situations and provide advice and support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the staff team and service users
  • Must have a driving licence

Key Objectives:


  • To provide highquality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and wellbeing
  • To ensure all care is delivered in a safe and effective manner, complying with all relevant regulations and standards
  • To ensure all administrative tasks, such as rotas and records, are completed accurately and on time
  • To liaise with external stakeholders, such as health professionals and family members, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users
