The Hinton Admiral Estate is a large estate located on the south coast of England between the emerging city of Bournemouth/Christchurch/Poole and the New Forest.
The Estate holds a diverse range of property interests, including residential lettings, commercial lettings (anything from a garage to a garden centre), grazing agreements, contract farming, storage licences, solar farms and campsites.
**_Your New Role_**Due to area change in organisational structure, the Estate has created the new role of Building Services Co-Ordinator.
This role will predominantly focus on the oversight and management of our external building maintenance contractors and will work closely with the General Manager.

- A high level of attention to detail and a building services background
- outstanding organisational and reporting skills
- that you are highly customer focused in your approach.

The Person - Experience_**- Experience in scheduling inspections and appointments for contractors
- An understanding of minor maintenance issues and property inspections
- Previous experience in spotchecking contractors and ensuring all work performed to a good standard and completed on time
- Oversight and management of reactive maintenance
- Organizing and managing minor building works
- Reviewing invoices for sign off
- Vetting and approving existing and new contractors' health and safety information
- Issuing prestart health and safety information
- Organization and management all aspects of property compliance (EPC, Gas Safe, electricity safety etc)
