£32,500 up to £41,000 per annum - This isn't making a change today. This is making an impact tomorrow.


We're looking for a fast-thinking, technical-minded, and process-driven people person to join our regional Supply Chain team as a Promotional Activity Assistant Team Manager.


Here, you'll use your extensive process and promotional know-how, as well as your excellent people skills, to lead, motivate and develop your Promotional Activities team as they execute our promotional activities across a range of products, seasons, andcampaigns.


You'll help us to maximise product turnover opportunities by identifying and optimising the best store availability using a variety of systems, and ensure all promotional lines meet our advertised "on sale" dates - all while minimising the number of write-offsand reducing waste.

This is an ideal opportunity for you to lead a team and be in the heart of the action.


What you'll do

  • Help to recruit, train, and develop your team
  • Set manageable and efficient timelines, and ensure all tasks are completed on time and in a costeffective and efficient way
  • Implement and optimise the regional strategy around seasonal periods
  • Identify and implement costsaving opportunities to improve turnover
  • Effectively manage the flow of stock using a variety of systems
  • Manage all regional promotional activities and stock flows
  • Improve performance by proactively managing stock flows for key seasonal events

What you'll need

  • Degreelevel education, or at least three years relevant professional experience
  • Strong PC skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent timemanagement, delegation and problemsolving skills
  • Experience of leading and developing a team in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment
  • Meticulous and diligent approach to work, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines
