Site Supervisor

Location - Bridgnorth
**Salary
- £26k - £30k per year**
Permanent full time role
Do you currently hold a IPAF (MEWP) - operator licence?

Do you have Knowledge of health and safety regulations and working knowledge of hoist and cherry pickers?

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity in Bridgnorth for a Site Supervisor to work for one of our clients.

In this role you will be working Monday to Thurs (8am to 5pm) Friday (8am pm)

Responsibilities

Supervising the site fixing of company products.
Providing site training to fixers, as necessary, on health and safety matters and conducting toolbox talks.
Collaborating with the Contracts Manager to arrange fixing programs that align with the company's workload.
Visiting sites before and during the installation process to coordinate with the general contractor's representative.
Taking site measurements, if required.
Coordinating with the company's Contract Drawing Office and offering advice on fixing solutions.
Maintaining appropriate records of site progress.
Performing site service and repairs.
Undertaking additional duties as necessary, apart from contract work

Essential Requirements

CSCS cardholder supervisors
IPAF (MEWP) operator licence
PASMA
SMSTS
Good standard of education and sound knowledge and experience of the

construction industry

Construction / Design Degree would be advantageous
Ability to work with personnel at all levels.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Willingness to travel and work away from home.
Proficient in using computers.
Possession of a full UK driving license.
Highly selfmotivated.
Eagerness to learn and acquire new skills.
Highly skilled in planning and organization.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Teamoriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
Attention to detail and accuracy
