Trainee Recruitment Resourcer - fully home-based so location not important.

Salary c.£22k with high OTE.

My client provides Contract and Permanent recruitment solutions to Public Sector bodies across the UK.

With inclusion on numerous Framework agreements as a nominated supplier, they have a constant pipeline of vacancies that need to be managed / filled.

No previous recruitment experience required as full training will be provided - they are looking for ambitious individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Work from home location not important
No micromanagement or rigid KPI's
Laptop, desk and chair provided
Full access to Framework agreements
Fully automated CRM and ATS systems
Supportive team with full training and development
