I am a lively and fun-loving lady, living at home with my family in the Eastwood area of Nottinghamshire. I have Huntington's Disease which means I have a range of physical and mental health difficulties. I need support around the clock to help me live my life to the full. I like to spend time with my family and enjoy watching movies.

Rate of pay:
£11.56 per hour which will be reviewed after a successful probation period. Bank holiday enhancement included.

Shift patterns:
Monday-Sunday 9.30am-2pm, 2pm-7.30pm or 9.30am-7.30pm. Night cover may be needed from time to time. We are needing people who can be flexible and work a variation of this shift pattern above.

Hours:
hours per week available.

Please be aware that there is also bank opportunity to cover holiday, sickness or emergencies so applicants must be flexible and reliable.

Although experience with Huntington's Disease is not essential, experience working in care is essential.
