The Role

Join our dynamic team at Fortem as we seek an experienced and confident Customer Liaison Officer to support our Fortem Projects contract in Hull.

This exciting opportunity offers a full-time, 6 months fixed-term position. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a £3,000 motor expenditure allowance (pro rata) and free parking. As a Customer Liaison Officer, you'll operate autonomously, enhancing customer and client satisfaction within our planned works project. Your role will involve engaging with tenants and supporting the Site Manager in various tasks. A customer-centric mindset and empathetic approach are crucial, as you'll be interacting with tenants in their homes. This dynamic, mobile role offers the chance to truly make a positive impact.

The Project

Working on planned maintenance and refurbishments/renewals, you will play a key role in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications, liaising with customers and residents to ensure a clear understanding of the nature and scope of works happening.

You will coordinate access arrangements as necessary, ensuring any issues or concerns are resolved quickly and effectively, in order for works to be completed to schedule.
