Our Cardiff client are a friendly firm of Solicitors, committed to achieving and providing a first-rate legal service.


Supporting the lead conveyancing Solicitor, you will handle a quality caseload of residential conveyancing/property matters from inception through to completion.

The Role

Support on a portfolio of cases
Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines
Provide exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates
Build strong relationships, with clients and third parties communicating effectively through your delivery
Deal with legal enquiries
Resolve issues to ensure excellent client service is delivered

About You

Must have previous experience as a Property Legal Assistant / CILEx / case handler supporting or carrying a portfolio of cases
A natural self-starter with the ability to be flexible and empathetic to deliver client needs
Ability to prioritise and adapt to meet client and business needs
Excellent verbal and numerical skills
Flexible and able to independently judge potential situations, identify and decide on courses of action
