Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Commercial Recruitment Consultant.

This will be a part-time role, working 25-30 hours per week. We are flexible in the arrangement of this in regard to days and hours within reason.

We are looking for somebody who is highly motivated, proactive and who possesses relevant knowledge and/or experience. You will work from a warm temporary desk with excellent scope for development.

Client focus remains our priority, and as such you will not be burdened with sales targets - we maintain a very soft sales approach.

What will I be doing as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant? Key duties of the role are:

  • Work in accordance with KPI's
  • Navigate various job boards and recruitment tools to outreach to new talent
  • Perform competencybased interviews in accordance with job roles and descriptions
  • Complete right to work verification and reference checking
  • Comprehend client needs and expectations effectively
  • Administer good quality copy for purposes including job advertisements and marketing
  • Identify and nurture new business leads
  • Assist in the management of key client accounts
  • Assess and respond to the needs of clients suitably
  • Completion of associated administration
  • Other duties as reasonably required

What are the hours of work for the Commercial Recruitment Consultant?

This will be a part-time role, working 25-30 hours per week. We are flexible in the arrangement of this in regard to days and hours within reason. We are happy to explore hybrid working upon completion of the necessary training and onboarding.

What will I be paid?

Salary is to be negotiated at interview dependant on experience. You will also benefit from uncapped commission
