Description
This is an Apprenticeship role working towards Business Administration level 3 standard with progression to Recruitment Resource or Recruitment Consultant.
The role is Monday to Friday 9-5.Full training will be given and the role entails:
- Inputting CV's onto our bespoke CRM system
- Creating client invoices
- Collating and inputting payroll data
- Timesheet reconciliation
- Liaising with Recruitment Consultants regarding payroll and compliance.
- CV's and data input
- Answering the telephone
- Other associated tasks
English and maths GSCE grade C and above are desired but not essential.

- Outgoing, friendly and confident
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Number skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Training Provided:
- Business Administration Level 3 Standard
- End Point Assessment
- Work Based Training
Length Of Apprenticeship:
- 21 Months (with the last 3 Months being where we put you forward for your End Point Assessment)
